Chinese NVIDIA Rival Charged With Financial Fraud; Removed from Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Recently, Jingjia Micro, a Chinese semiconductor company and a key competitor of NVIDIA, came under fire for its alleged involvement in financial fraud. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange, where Jingjia Micro's stocks were traded, followed suit and decided to delist the company. This decision was made based on the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Law. The delisting process will begin on March 1, 2023, and the company's stocks will be suspended starting from February 21, 2023.

The financial scandal poses a severe threat to Jingjia Micro's business operations and future. The company's credibility has been significantly damaged, which could lead to a decrease in investors' confidence and a potential decline in its market share.
