Pricing Correction in Progress

Microsoft has identified and is actively correcting an issue where partner margins for Microsoft 365 Business Basic + Microsoft 365 Copilot Business bundles were inadvertently published at 0%, resulting in incorrect Estimated Reseller Price (ERP) values being displayed in price lists.

What Happened?

The affected bundles had their partner margins incorrectly set to 0%, which caused ERP pricing to display inaccurate values for CSP partners. Microsoft has confirmed that updated partner margin values and corrected ERP pricing are being published, with the fix taking effect on February 7, 2026.

- Correct margin: 11.73%
- SKU ID: 001K - Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business
- Correct margin: 12.22%

Timeline and Next Steps

Immediate Fix (February 7, 2026): Updated margin values and ERP pricing are being applied to all new purchases and renewals.

Public Price List Update (March 1, 2026): The public price list will reflect the corrected values in line with the standard release schedule.

Automatic Refunds and Credits: Microsoft will proactively identify all impacted subscriptions and automatically issue refunds or credits for eligible transactions completed between February 1–7, 2026. Impacted partners will receive follow-up communication.

No Partner Action Required

Partners do not need to take any action. The corrected margins and ERP pricing will automatically apply to all new purchases and renewals beginning February 7, 2026. Any applicable refunds or credits will be processed automatically.
