Microsoft continues its Windows 11 development momentum with the release of Insider Preview Build 26300.7760 (KB5077202) to the Dev Channel, bringing the same exciting features as the Beta Channel release.

Emoji 16.0 Support

Dev Channel Insiders can now access Emoji 16.0, featuring seven new emojis from different categories:

- Face with Bags Under Eyes (perfect for expressing exhaustion)
- Fingerprint (for security and identity contexts)
- Root Vegetable (expanding food options)
- Leafless Tree (seasonal expressions)
- Harp (musical instrument representation)
- Shovel (tools and gardening)
- Splatter (artistic and creative contexts)

Enhanced Camera Controls

The build introduces direct pan and tilt controls for compatible cameras directly in Windows Settings. Users can access these new controls via Settings > Devices & drivers > Cameras under the "Basic settings" section.

Visual and Performance Enhancements

Microsoft has addressed several user experience issues:

- Improved taskbar autohide behavior
- Eliminated desktop icon flashing issues
- Enhanced Windows Security credential prompts
- Better overall performance when interacting with the PC

Dev Channel Information

These updates are based on Windows 11, version 25H2 via an enablement package (Build 26300.7760). The Dev Channel represents early development work and features may change, be removed, or never reach stable releases.

Insiders who want immediate access to gradually rolled-out features can enable the toggle in Settings > Windows Update to receive updates as soon as they're available.
