New Activity Log and Webhook Events Available for Partner Center Sandbox Tenants from October 8 2024

Starting from October 8, 2024, Partner Center Sandbox tenants will have access to new activity log and webhook events. This update will be applicable to all global CSP partners and will be available in the 'Customers' workspace.

The new features will allow partners to monitor Subscription Pending, Subscription Active, and Subscription Renewed events in Sandbox Activity Logs. Additionally, partners can register to receive corresponding webhook events. These new notifications are designed to provide partners with a more detailed monitoring of customer subscriptions.

It's important to note that Sandbox tenants created after September 1, 2024, will not be automatically registered for these new notifications. In order to register new Sandbox tenants, an Admin Agent user will need to make a purchase.

Once these events are generally available across all Partner Center tenants outside of Sandbox, another announcement will be made.

Partner Center Sandbox is a platform that allows partners to test and debug with integration sandbox. For more information about this platform, partners are encouraged to review the 'Test and debug with integration sandbox' section.

In addition, partners who wish to register for and receive webhook notifications can review the 'Partner Center webhooks' section for detailed instructions.

This update is part of an ongoing effort to provide partners with more tools and resources to effectively manage and monitor their customer subscriptions. By providing more granular monitoring capabilities, partners can gain a deeper understanding of their customer's subscription status and make more informed decisions.

In conclusion, the new activity log and webhook events are a significant addition to the Partner Center Sandbox. They not only enhance the functionality of the platform but also provide partners with valuable insights into their customer subscriptions.
