We at Qloud Blog are committed to keeping our readers updated on the latest developments and changes in Microsoft's product offerings. In line with this commitment, we would like to inform you about an important update from Microsoft regarding the end of sale for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 (w/Teams) suites in the European Economic Area (EEA).
In August 2023, Microsoft announced the end of sale (EOS) for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 w/Teams Enterprise suites (Office 365 E1/E3/E5 and Microsoft 365 E3/E5) in the EEA. As of February 1, 2024, partners will no longer see these SKUs on the CSP price list. This means that these specific product offerings will no longer be available for purchase in the EEA region.
For partners who need to reference the pricing details for these EOS SKUs, Microsoft advises using the most recent price list before the EOS effective date. For the products included in this announcement, most partners should reference the January 2024 New Commerce License-based services Price List.
Partners requiring pricing for Sweden and Norway, which are in scope for the upcoming price alignment adjustments, should reference the February 2024 (Preview) new commerce License-based services Price List. The Pricing workspace provides access to price lists for future month (preview), current month, and five additional months of history.
In light of these changes, we encourage our partners to review the Partner FAQ for the Microsoft 365 (w/o Teams) Suites launch in the EEA. This will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what these changes mean for your business and how you can navigate them.
We also recommend checking out the latest suite comparisons for Microsoft 365, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 11 Subscriptions in EEA countries + Switzerland. This will give you a clear picture of the different product offerings and how they stack up against each other.
For more resources related to the end of sale of Microsoft 365 (w/Teams) Suites in the EEA, we suggest visiting the Partner Portal. This platform provides a wealth of information and resources to help you navigate these changes and continue to deliver value to your customers.
At Qloud Blog, we understand that changes like these can be challenging to navigate. We are here to support you through this transition and will continue to provide you with the latest updates and resources from Microsoft.
