Microsoft Streamlines Support Ticket Process for Incentive Program Partners

Microsoft has announced a significant update for all partners participating in their incentive programs. This update is specifically designed to streamline the process of raising queries and seeking support for all incentive users and admins.

Previously, users who had queries on data on the Earnings workspace pages and downloads had to navigate through several pages to create a support ticket. This process was not only time-consuming but also confusing for some users. Recognizing this, Microsoft has now made it possible for users to directly create a support ticket from the Earnings workspace itself.

To create a support ticket, users simply need to go to the Help + Support menu. Under the Topic section, they can select from three options: Earnings (Incentives), Reports (Incentives), or Revenue (Incentives). This new feature is designed to make it easier for users to find the help they need, when they need it.

It's important to note that these options are no longer available from the Incentives workspace. This change is part of Microsoft's ongoing efforts to streamline its user interface and make it more user-friendly.
