Microsoft Announces General Availability of Viva Glint through Cloud Solution Providers from July 2024

As Qloud Blog, we are excited to share Microsoft's latest announcement regarding Viva Glint. Starting from July 1, 2024, Viva Glint will be generally available through Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) across all sales channels. This marks a significant milestone in the availability of this innovative product, which is designed to enhance the employee engagement experience.

Viva Glint is a part of the Viva Suite SKU, and it's already available for transaction through CSP partners. The product is also available as a standalone SKU across all sales channels, including CSP, EA, MCA-E, EAS, and directly from Microsoft online. For qualifying customers, the Viva Glint charity SKU is also available.

To ensure a quality data experience, Microsoft has set a minimum seat purchase requirement for Viva Glint at 50 seats. Customers must also have a base Entra SKU to deploy Viva Glint. As an enterprise-wide product, the license count for Viva Glint should be equal to the number of users in Viva Glint.

The success of Viva Glint heavily relies on advisory and people science services. Ideal partners for this product are those with experience in employee engagement consulting, human capital, people advisory consulting, or consulting to HR and leadership teams. Partners with experience in complementary Viva Apps, such as Insights, can also expand their practice by enabling their team on Viva Glint.

Microsoft has provided resources in the Next steps section of the January announcement: Copilot for Microsoft 365 now generally available through Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) to help partners start defining their strategy and operationalizing their sales engine today.
