Microsoft Launches Office 365 E1 Plus for Cloud Solution Providers in Select Markets with Special Promotion

Microsoft has announced the launch of Office 365 E1 Plus for Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) in select markets. These markets include ASEAN, LATAM, India, and the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. The launch took place on September 1, 2024, and pricing and SKU details were made available on the same day.

Office 365 E1 Plus is a comprehensive solution that combines the basic productivity and email value found in Office 365 E1 with key security features. These features include Endpoint Management (Intune), Conditional Identity Access (Microsoft Entra ID), and Data Loss Prevention. This product is an alternative to Microsoft 365 E3 and is designed for price-sensitive customers. It offers partners an alternative product to acquire customers from third-party or on-premises solutions and to upsell existing Office 365 E1 customers.

To further encourage the adoption of Office 365 E1 Plus, Microsoft is also launching a 30% promotion. This promotion is available for Office 365 E1 Plus and Office 365 E1 Plus (no Teams), with an annual commitment only. It is available in the select markets where Office 365 E1 Plus is sold. The deal minimum is 100 licenses, and the deal maximum is 2,400 licenses. This promotion is only available to new-to-Office 365 E1 Plus customers. The promotional period runs from September 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

Microsoft encourages all partners to familiarize themselves with the Offer FAQ and to register for the CSP Activation event on September 5, 2024. Partners should also review the Global Promo Readiness Guide for details and other new promotional announcements. This launch and promotion are part of Microsoft's ongoing commitment to providing partners with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
